As a side note, GTA III took up just 700MB on the Xbox version, which means Rockstar could actually put a full 3D GTA game on the DS, even with the radio stations. Just the voice acting for the story scenes would have to be text. I think that would kick ass.
Do Las Santos stories, even if it's just the city and not the wooded areas.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
