No doubt Nobuo Uematsu.......he is light years ahead of everyone else.

Then you have Harry Gregson Williams who did MGS

I'd say Masashi Hamauzu too after all he made the best soundtrack this generation (FFXIII)

The guy who made the zelda music is really good.
