Normally I'd side w/ the people stating that not every game needs online...but this game needs online. (Since I've been waiting most of my life for a control scheme like this in an FPS that actually works--and it most certainly does work in RS2.)
In fact, barring some sort of porting mishap, I'd buy it again on PS3 if it shipped w/ MP.
