"it's not an Illusion it's I think has more to do with Nintendo's position on promotion of 3rd party software more than anything."

That isn't the context of what I wrote.

"the very fact that Nintendo seem's to struggle with 3rd party every generation, except for handheld's has to make you wonder why?"

I could buy the cost of the carts with the N64, but the GC didn't have any excuse (disc size only counted if a game couldn't do multiple carts, and only San Andreas did that), and neither did a new interface which is the supposed excuse for this system.

"but yet do you see their DS handheld software for 3rd party get promotion"

What do you mean? Do you mean Nintendo is supposed to do the marketing for the 3rd parties?

yup.an why not !

If I am making a game for your systemm why would you not promote it. If you want it to sell right, the game is going to make you money like it would make me money?

The more you promote it the more it would or could Make.

both Sony and Microsoft do indeed promote 3rd party game's on their system.

Though With Nintendo I do not See that.

I wrote "marketing", not "promote". I wouldn't advertize your own product if you've been doing that yourselves for the other systems. That's a double standard.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
