there is an effect you can see yes.. you're not gonna see the things jumping at you very clearly, but by tilting the screen in relation to you, you'll still see a different image. It's only a matter of your positioning and where your eyes are, not totally what your eyes are seeing at all times. It's different with mobile 3D than the shutter glasses 3D.
So yes, you'll probably still see some aspects of the 3D.
