i think it will. I can't comment on fable 1 since i don't own it, but me and a few of my friends thought fable 2 was a very enjoyable experience. It was way to easy, but heck if I'm having fun playing it, it doesn't matter if I don't die once going through the campaign. I just hope fable 3 adds a few more bosses which were the second's biggest weakness, and gives you more to do once you beat the game.
The bundling while artificially increasing sales will probably help with sales of the third one, since there has to be a number of people who enjoyed it who otherwise wouldn't have played it.
