I agree with joshin don't get a 7200RPM. All it will do is increase heat inside the console and create more noise for minimal savings on load times. Developers build for the PS3 default hardware which includes a 5400RPM, so you might as well match it.
I also agree with the amazon link above, as that is a good drive and matches the best price you'll find in the US.
