....I think you should look up the meaning for Review....

 

The pertinent definition of the word (from http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/review). 

6a: a critical evaluation (as of a book or play)

Note that it DOES not say personal opinion for all those who have said that a review is personal opinion.  Opinion enters into it ... but that is not what it is all about.
