Did Sony consider the safety factor when designing PS Move?

In fact if you squeeze the ball hard enough you can feel a little rush of air coming out the bottom of the wand ^_^

that is actually pretty cool, however they really need rubber everywhere. Don't underestimate how stupid people can be
