The record was before that article, I remember the day the article took off and I thought it was going to beat the high score I was watching it, but it died off a little before 10,000.
It was something before that. Here's the thread about that the day it got the record, not sure what happen exactly that we got the high score, something to do about Wii vs PS3 in Japan or Punch out?
