Well sorta. I've got my preorder from amazon coming on release, so I feel morally fine getting in a bit early. Plus I put all my Wii games on my hard drive anyways to keep the noise down and make them load faster. I personally would never download a game I haven't bought. It's unethical and destroys the Wii ecosystem and with the current 3rd party support Wii owners can't afford that.
