There WILL be a Smash Bros. DS.
We should also expect a WaveRace DS, Paper Mario DS, one more Mario platformer (primarily 2.5D, but I'd bet they'll throw in a little 3D stuff (kinda like SMG had a little 2.5D stuff), a Pilotwings DS (mainly a port of Pilotwings 64 with some extra content), and one or two other franchises brought to the handheld scene.
