Wow, the more I hear, the better this game sounds. And I loved it from the start.
This game is going to be big. For once there's no need for pessimism, it sounds like they got things right.
The appeal is broad. The controls are tight. The game is fun and varied. The marketing has been happening early, online at least. The only thing it still has going against it is the Red Steel name. Multiplayer would be awesome but honestly I think they were right to exclude it for something so pioneering, they could have fucked things up if they took on too much to handle (remember The Conduit).
This will do two million at least.
