Nintendo may push in such a way that it might make DQ popular outside of Japan,
But for some reason the game seems suited to the Japanese and their fantasies. I think Americans and Europeans have diff't RPG fantasies and the DQ series is also something that "pleases" the Japanese culture.
I can see how FF7 "pleased" the US culture, but I cannot see how DQ will.
Who knows. Hopefully it ends up selling better.
