It is pretty easy to understand really. I do not eat food at a place if the employees are rude. I do not buy anything form anywhere were The employees are openly rude. So why would I buy from a company I find to be extremely rude? I am happy with my Wii and DS for my games. Sure I would not mind havng a PS3 and or a PSP, but agian I do not buy from a company who openly over an over makes the customer feel like crap, or is just simply full of it, etc. I have a ps1 and a ps2 I still enjoy them. BUt as of now I will never buy a PS3. P.R. is a huge deal to companies. In fact it is one of the biggest. The better everyone sees a company the better they do and vice versa it is nothing new.

Even though the food might be good? Don't know what an employee has to do with the actual product.
To sum it up, it's unlogical. I go to Pizza Hut, The employees piss me off. Sure, it might be repulsive but if the food is good, some trashtalking from someone I don't even care about won't stop me from eating something delicious. Just an example.
Just find it kind of silly to not buy something that might turn out to be great because of some silly trash talking a PR does.

The employee has tons to do with the product. If I can get good food and everything elsewhere why would I go back to the place I find rude?

Food ain't the same everywhere. Why not try some variety? Maybe you'll come to like the "food".

I am really confused as to why you are taking issue with Games4Fun's stance on this issue. It is extremely common behavior among consumers. Businesses that treat their customers well see repeat business. Businesses that don't lose customers.
