Well, It's hard to tell if stuff is unbalanced since it's so early, but Dark Templars are possibly too powerful. Their attack speed seems to be a little faster, their movement speed is faster, and they now deal 45 damage. 2-3 DTs could take out 3 Helions plus two marauders and the rate at wich they massacre workers is ridiculus. This combined with the energy of the Orbital command being requred for M.U.L.Es and not for scanner sweeps makes it very easy to force the terran into wasting minerals on turrets.
The races actually feel a little more similar, and it's not because of their units or their tech, but in how you control their armies. Terran siege pushes are no longer effective (From what I've seen) And the pathing for Zerg units make the Zerg armies not look big at all. I suppose that many ways to micro the different units haven't been invented yet, but for now I found thart most battles were attack moving a ball of units and either winning and continuing to push, or losing and pulling back. The pathing AI is so good that you won't have to manually spread or flank your units, the AI does everything like that for you.
Otherwise, the Zerg feels more Zergy than ever (except that Hydras are now very expensive, and I haven't gotten used to that yet). Protoss feels like Protoss, and Terran feel like terran. Some new tings even enhances the feel, like how Protoss can warp in units, and how Zerg can make their larvae appear faster using the queen.
These are my first impressions, I might change my mind the more I play.
I LOVE ICELAND!
