Erm, what does that have to do with anything? Artoon wouldn't be doing things like a job system, Mistwalker would if they chose to add something like that in the game.

Artoon will have some degree on involvement with game design.  They did with Blue Dragon (a lot actually) and AWAY.  And so did feelplus with Lost Odyssey, and Brownie Brown with BD+, etc.  These games are all really co-developed.
