I finally got Little King's Story and I have played it for about 3 and 1/2 hours since I got it so far. I always said before I got Little King's Story that it looked like a very downgraded versin of the Pikmin franchise added with some simulation elements. After it got a pricecut to $30 I wanted to give it a try. So far this is what I think of Little King's Story:
Pikmin(1) = Little Kings Story
Pikmin is my favorite franchise of all time and I never thought that Little Kings Story would be as good as it was. Pikmin(1) was a great game and I thought it was very unique and different. Little King's Story isn't any better than Pikmin(1) but is also not any less than Pikmin was. I was very surprised!
But...
Little Kings Story still doesn't even begin to compete with Pikmin 2(My favorite game of all time) Pikmin 2 is my favorite game of all time easy so its not like anyone should have ever thought it would beat it out anyway
Overall Little Kings Story is as good as Pikmin(1) to me which means its in my top 20 games of all time for sure possibly my top 10! I think that Little King's Story is in the top 5 games this gen so far without a doubt and I think that everybody should buy it.(Remember though I only played it for 3 and 1/2 hours so far so my opinion of it could change in a bad way or in a good way any time soon)
