My own thoughts point to the Wii failing to reach PS2 numbers -- it will be close, but i think that the HD consoles will eat up too much of the market share to allow it to happen.
(Assuming ofcourse that PS3 and 360 both pass 50 million sold... which they should do easily and that this generation "ends" by 2012)
