Well, I already said that. But how does it feel to constantly get whooped? Can you avoid it?

the easiest way is to somehow do a sucessful cheese build to end the game as quick as possible. If you face a player who has better mechanics (Micro/Macro) than you the better player's lead will grow the longer the game gets. You will have to either have a much superior build order (possible since the game is very new) or hope that the korean won't spot your cheese until it's too late.

I haven't downloaded the beta yet since I am going to buy a new computer for it first, but I don't think that everyone on the beta will be korean. There will always be some players that are worse, there always is. For example, on one of the beta streams, there was a protoss that remained in his main throughout the entire game and only had a few zealots and a carrier while the Zerg moved in with 200 pop ultra. There will always be noobs to pwn, even in beta ^^
