GTA3 was PS2 exclusive for a year because the PS2 had quintuple the userbase of the Xbox and sold more software, not because Sony paid for it.

Not to say that Sony never pays for exclusives, that's just not a good example.

On another topic, in what world did WipEout HD cost $50 million? It was probably closer to $50
