Like I said, there are so many possible reasons that it's best not to even worry about it. It will all get sorted out soon enough.

I think that since we haven't even heard from brett or the source today, then there must be something going on with the numbers/ they know it is undertracked and will fix it when they figure out which country is undertracked, or fix their data. That's just a presumptuous conclusion though. They may not be commenting on anything because they're tired of our shit, lol.
