Nostredomus, ugghhh, come on seriously the guy also predicted we'd come into general contact with aliens, a cure for aids, and oneata new york vanishing in a great white light by the year 2000, all of his"predictions" were vague outlines that people could infer however they want.
Sorry but I'm going with the Gospel on this one, if the end comes it will be like a thief in the night you won't see it coming,
