This was definitely staged. I don't mean to look like a perv here, but the kid is obviously presenting. Seriously. I wouldn't doubt that they had some trial and error with getting the dog to hump the kid first, but they knew exactly what they were doing.
If I were the parents of these kids, I would be worried. I still "laff"d though.
