But nintendo published both games. Rare made both games. The only factor thats different about the 2 is the bond license. Which is owned by Activision...DAMN YOU ACTIVISION!

Nintendo kept the rights to the Goldeneye game when Microsoft bought Rare, but Rare kept the rights to the game's code, and now that Activision owns the Bond license, the situations gets even stickier.  Basically, it can only come out if all three companies come to an agreement.
