Um... those reasons don't make any sense.
1. Ok, I'll give you that one.
2. Teasing means they give you a little bit of information and make you beg for more.
3. Of course they'd be pulling the name from a Sonic game--that's kinda the point o.O
4. Ever played Sonic 1-3? He does plenty of swimming... or at least, he spends a fair amount of time underwater, so they could easily let him swim if they wanted to.
It's likely not going to happen, but you could have easily come up with better reasons.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
