In my opinion Gears 2 easily.
Uncharted 2 is a great game, but Gears 2 has better shooting mechanics and the most important thing co-op storyline, so it wins by default.
If there was an option for Resident Evil 5, I would gladly vote for that. Best TPS co-op game ever and much longer than Gears 2 and Uncharted 2. (although the singleplayer isn't that good)
On a side note you won't get a good poll result in this forum anyway.
