I want to argue with you on this just for debates sake but those are actually pretty good predictions. Though it's obviously pure speculation. I'd question whether or not you really think you'd be able to squeeze in 5, possibly more, games between GTA4 sales and COD4? I don't see their sales difference being much greater than 1.5 mill... well I guess you could squeeze that many games in there. The Agent is the only one I don't have confidence in making the list. Might be a great game but I don't see a new IP making the list even with it's pedigree. Had the PS3 dominated the market like the PS2 then I think it would have had a chance but it's hard to get the social awareness and acceptance from a new IP when it's only out on 25% of the market's consoles.
