He has the Wii selling 1.7 million units in December, Xbox 360 selling 1.5 million units in December, and PS3 selling 800,000 units in December (by NPD).

Its looking like US NPD November will show something like this (in here are my August theories on weekly sales in this period - not by date - just from strongest to weakest)...
DS - 1.4 million (650k/550k/100k/100k) (To me, DS is hardest to predict - in one week Nintendo says it sold more DS's than in NPD October)
Wii - 1.05 million (350k/300k/250k/150k)
Xbox 360 - 800,000 (310k/240k/150k/100k)
PSP - 700,000 (275k/225k/120k/80k)
PS3 - 390,000 (165k/105k/75k/50k)
PS2 - 368,000 (148k/90k/65k/65k)
GBA - 100,000 (45k/25k/18k/12k)
Heading into December I had once expected (but now expect):
Wii - 2 million (2 million)
DS - 2.25 million (2.75-3.25 million)
Xbox 360 - 1.625 million (1.5 to 1.75 million)
PSP - 1.4 million (1.5 to 2.0 million)
PS3 - 800,000 (850,000 to 900,000)
PS2 - 1,000,000 (750,000 to 1,000,000)
Should be interesting. What do you make of Pachter's take?
