Voltaire said: It may seem that Nintendo is certainly trying to make MOM approachable in at least the Japanese market. By using tradition anime-esque art style and hiring the hand of a well known Japanese developer to help make the game, i think its reasonable for one to assume that Nintendo is trying to make Metroid a sellable franchise in Japan. But what about the rest of the world? MP3 certainly eased the difficulty and added optional hints (more so than past Prime games), and with MOM focus on story and cinematics, the game could be sold to the mainstream western market. P.S. By mainstream i dont mean "casual". |
no i dont think it'll sell to mainstream gamers. i think it'll only sell to metroid/team ninja fans.
i think it'll sell about 1m - 1.5m WW
i also think it wont be a huge hit critically, prob average a 85 on gamerankings/metacritic
