I e-mailed Nintendo the other day and asked them a few questions. 1st I asked if Pikmin 3 was coming out on the Wii soon and they gave an odd answer:

"At this time, Pikmin 3has not been announced for release.  Since this title would most likely come from Activision , I'd suggest contacting them for more information."

um... ok

Next I asked if preordering games were safe and I told them that I wanted to preorder Endless Ocean Blue World. I said that some websites say that it comes with Wii Speak for the same price and I wanted to know if it was a fake or not. They answered the 1st question but didn't help at all with the Wii Speak question:

"The estimated release date for Endless Ocean: Blue World is February 22, 2010.   A lot of consumers have pre-ordered games with no problems at all.  I always suggest to do business with the retail stores in your local area, and stores that you have done business with in the past.  And, it is always a good idea to check the game out fist before you make your purchase.  That way you know if you like the game.  You can check our website for information on the game and you can rent the game when it comes out."

That doesn't help with my Wii Speak question...

So... Does Nintendo make mistakes on a normal basis when responding to emails?

The may have just not been paying attention to the Endless Ocean question but with the Pikmin 3 question how could they mess up that bad to say that Pikmin 3 will most likely come from Activision unless it will be like Metroid Other M and be made my another company. I doubt this because Pikmin is like Mario and Zelda and is a francise from Miyamoto.

What do you think?
