Damon wants the restaurant to change all the time. I don't blame him, I actually think the above scenario would be pretty sweet. But even I want to be able to get a Burger when I want one, and there's no doubt that the vast majority of people in America would prefer that too.
That doesn't mean that the menu never changes: check out the grilled chicken coming out at KFC. Change is good and necessary but only catering to the quirky tastes of avant-garde food fanboys like me would be idiotic.
