actually, the site is based in Homestead Florida, it just happens that the owner is from the UK 
anyways, I dissapointed in Nintendo 1st party software for Wii. They could have had Sin & Punishment released this quarter in both NA and PAL. Not that it would have been a big game, but it's better than only having Endless Ocean 2
