While Nintendo might have JUST enough of a shipment to reach 20 million, you have to remember that it's spread out across the world. Millions of those consoles are in Japan and likely won't be sold out.
Wii Fit will likely be incredibly successful, but it won't push the Wii right out the door, so there will be many unsold Wiis in Japan this Christmas while the Wii remains sold out in America and PAL.
