except they aren't negative sales, but instead is active install base, where by iSupplies definition it means people who actually game on the system. So if you buy a Wii and never play it (like 90% of the internet) it means that the install base will drop when people stop playing.
The real epic failure of this graph is the 30m Wii's supposedly collecting dust around the world while NSMBWii just broke sales records with 10m in 8 weeks. So by their estimates, 10m game sales to a userbase of 35m just makes it so much more impressive.
