Everyone throws out words like Core, Hardcore, Casual, Expanded Audience etc. I'm actually against the whole Casual and Hardcore talk, as I feel its all marketing buzzwords. But I think Expanded Audience and Core games are or can be one of the same.

All of Wii's games that have hit 10m+ or 20m+ Are truly bridge games that anybody can play. But just because this is the case it does not diminish its "core" appeal as well. At least to me. Gears of War or God of War are no more Core than NSMB or MKWii.

At least as far as I'm concerned.

Bet between Slimbeast and Arius Dion about Wii sales 2009:

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.

If the Wii sells more than 20 million in 2009 (as defined above) Arius Dion wins and gets to control Slimebeast's sig for 1 month.
