Of those, Ubisoft, for the Tom Clancy games (in particular Splinter Cell) and then Assassin's Creed II. And the original Rayman on PS1, and Warlords Battlecry II, if you count Ubi Soft as Ubisoft.
EA is a pretty close second for Battlefield, Burnout, The Sims, 007: Everything or Nothing, and some others.
