Yes.
PS3 is riding the new momentum and has a whole bunch of JRPG's in 2010 already announced. Yakuza 4... Gran Turismo 5 and possibly Versus 13.
It got close this year despite basicly abysmal sales earlier in the year... And Wii is on a downwards trend in Japan, with AFAIK... No big games in Q1/Q2.
Then again... If DQX Releases 2010, kiss this prediction goodbye
