I finished it twice and I haven't gotten all the mementos and got two similar but different endings. In both endings Harry says Cheryl to forget him and then freezes. But in the first one Cherly walks alone out of the clinic, and at the very end Harry appears with two girls in bed (Dahlia and Michelle).
The second time, her mother was waiting for her outside the clinic, and at the very end she was taping her parents splitting up and Harry saying they still love her and wasn't her fault.
So my question is, what do I have to do or not do to get the different endings?

Pretty much everything affects what ending you get: how you answer the therapy questions, what you look at/dial/go during gameplay, etc. Staring at stuff during the more interactive cutscenes also plays a role (and you know what I mean by "stuff" 
). Basically, there's some sort of formula going on behind the scenes, and doing/not doing stuff adds points towards earning certain endings.
