it's absolutely worth it. i paid $39.99 for it!!! actually, i got it when ToysRUs had the 3 for 2 deal.
$19.99 is a steal. it is a must have for any sports fans. deepest season (i.e. franchise) mode in any sports game i have ever played (bar dedicated sports management games like soccer managers and eastside hockey manager). also, ridiculous amount of stats.
it's made better by the fact that it has a "success" mode, in which you get to groom a player, who you can use in your franchise later on.
again, absolute must own. now go out and buy it! buy the ps2 version if you have a ps2, buy the wii version if you have a wii, but get it!
ps. Matsuzaka has ridiculous stats in this game, understandably.
the Wii is an epidemic.
