I think X360 will reach 50m first, but PS3 will be fairly close behind.
The X360's current lead is a real big advantage and it will probably get a price cut late next year to try to stem PS3's current momentum. Even if the PS3 outsells the X360, it likely won't be a big enough figure to trim down the lead fast enough to overtake the 360 before it reaches 50m. Also I think Natal will be more successful than the gem/wand/whatever so that is a plus for the 360. The Slim may have surprised us so far, but the 360 can too.
I think it will probably be something like 360 - 50m, PS3 - ~47m. Maybe sometime late 2011/early 2012
