Haha hey I was the first one to bring that up haha. But a good observation as well. From what I've seen NSMB Wii will hit 10 million in potentially 10-12 weeks while San Andreas did it in 9 weeks. Considering the difference in opening day launch, it would be simply incredible. NSMB Wii even has a chance of tying San Andreas for the honors if it gets a few better sales in Europe/Others. As for just the first 10 weeks, going to be just right behind it. Game is a sales monster.
As for OT, over 500,000 in the 3rd week is simply incredible. Who says games don't sell that well after the first week in Japan. Haha and who says Final Fantasy would take anything way from Mario. Mario has pretty much come in and become the dominant release for Japan this holiday season and in December, even despite that of a new Final Fantasy game releasing. Now that is impressive.
