+ Very fun to play, for a little while
+ Good to get even the most anti-video game folk shouting and laughing
+ intuitive controls
+ Simple, user friendly package
- Not that fun after 3-6 months of consistent play.
- If I want to play a good local multiplayer game on the Wii, there are much better choices. (Mario Party 8, NSMBWii, Boom Blox 2).
- It did a great job selling people on the promise of the Wii (simple/fun controls and gameplay) but has little use for me in late 2009 with better games readily available.
For example I bought a Wii recently, and haven't even taken Wii Sports out of the box. I played it to death before I even owned my own Wii.
