Why did you took Japan out ? GT is a big game in Japan one of the biggest (Ps3) and will be the second million seller for PS3 after FFXIII.

If Mingol can't sell a million in Japan anymore, I have to seriously wonder if GT can?  The PSP/Prologue sales aren't exactly encouraging...

Only sold 500k.  GT4P sold 750k in Japan, and it didn't have the benefits GT5P did (first GT on platform, 250k "sales" from free bundling).

You should know that Famitsu dont track psn sales

No one does, unless a publisher gives them out directly.  The only instances I can recall of that are Atlus saying Persona PSP sold 10k on PSN ltd (retail was ~130k).
