from what I saw, PS3 counterparts sell the same, if not more. Look no further than DMC4 vs DMC3, GTAIV vs GTAIII, MGS4 vs MGS3, RE5 vs RE4
not to mention some of those dispite being multiplatform
really no idea where you get the "25%-35%" data there. especially the "most PS3 games" part
