^^ok i just called nintendo and they helped me through almost till the end and they ask can i talk to your parents and im like sure and then i found out my parents were sleeping cause they were tired and so itell the rep and he says then please call later as i need to talk to them to get on any further.
i know many people on this site are experts at this stuff so plese please help.
