Ok so on my dsi i have been having this problem for the past few eeks now. Haven'yt called Nintendo yet.

ok so everytime i go to the internet it works really really fast. it surprises me. then i feel like playng phantom hourglass online but the wifi just won't work even when its showing with full bars. what can i do. I tried putting it maually and automatically but nothing works.

please help.

^^ok i just called nintendo and they helped me through almost till the end and they ask can i talk to your parents and im like sure and then i found out my parents were sleeping cause they were tired and so itell the rep and he says then please call later as i need to talk to them to get on any further.

Do you have WEP security on your wi-fi? because thats the highest level secuirty DS carts can use. The DSi can use WPA, but the DS carts can't, so if you have WPA wifi it wont work on the games themselves

Then I dont know what to tell you, WEP should work. DO you get an error code?

yes its 52100 and i checked it online but nothing helpful

You could have used an old voice like I once used in a phone call and they wouldn't have called your parents, and I find it insulting when I get a phone call and they don't trust me...
