You probably caught a YTD(year to date) graph a few months ago which Sony was actually ahead of the 360 in 08(considering the time frame) but once the 360 had it's price drop it passed up the PS3 and subsequently outsold the PS3 by a decent margin by years end.
Also does this mean that the PS3 will have sold more console in a single year than the 360 ever has?
