Here's some of the points the Nintendo Power review makes:
- game is very original and creative
- monster design is fantastic and well thought out
- graphics are great
- story is underdeveloped, but the characters are very likable
- Much of the content in the game is optional, and there's a ton of it. The reveiwer finished the game in 18 hours and only got half the achievements (330)
- Optional stuff doesn't tie into main quest enough
- 6-7 hours if you do none of the optional stuff (about normal for an action game)
- controls are fantastic
- Above all fun game
So...basically the exact opposite of the Game Informer review.
