Why do we ignore the DS?

Sadly, and unlike the PSP, the DS's design makes it impossible to hook up to the TV.

For whatever reason i can't adjust to playing on that little screen.

I guess the "Super Gameboy" attachement for the SNES spoiled me.

The "Super Gameboy" attachment is great. Wouldn't it be cool if Nintendo came out with that for the Wii. I do feel sad for you if you can't get used to playing for long periods of time on a DS and you're a SRPG fan. Personally I'm very pleased that the DS is stomping everything in sight because that has led to it getting the majority of the strategy, RPG and puzzle type games that I enjoy the most. 

my eyesites fine, the screens just being so small always bothered me for whatever reason.   I'm sure i'll have to try it again at some point but playing Advance Wars and other SRPG games on my GBA annoyed me if I did it for too long. 

That's why i haven't gotten any of the newer pokemon games either.  They took out the console version's ability to play it on the big screen.
